you should be submitting multiple documents
1. timesheet containing the break up of various tasks involved in stage 1
2. detailed problem statement, objective, scope, assumptions, limitations
3. overall architecture diagram describing the input, output, leaving the business logic abstract
4. plan for learning C++ or Perl/Python and mysql
5. plan for setting up the working environment at your homes
